Coaching Agreement

Luxe Reinvention Coaching with The You Factor, LLC

This agreement outlines the expectations, policies, and mutual commitments for all coaching programs, including VIP Days, group sessions, and private coaching.
By enrolling in any coaching experience with The You Factor, LLC, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the following:

Coaching Relationship
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process—not therapy, legal counsel, or medical care. You are fully responsible for your choices, progress, and results.

I will:

  • Offer support, tools, and strategy rooted in lived experience and professional training
  • Help you clarify your direction—not dictate it
  • Honor your agency and pace at every step

You agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your decisions and actions
  • Show up honestly and consistently
  • Understand that growth may be emotional, challenging, or energizing in different seasons

Confidentiality and Client Data
Your privacy matters. All coaching conversations remain confidential and will never be shared without your written consent.

In alignment with International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing requirements, your name, email, session dates, and basic engagement details may be securely stored for documentation purposes. This data is not sold or used for marketing.

Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Sessions are held via Zoom or phone and are scheduled in advance.
  • Please provide 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Missed or late-canceled sessions may be forfeited.
  • Private VIP Day clients may request a session recording. Group sessions are not recorded to protect privacy.

Between-Session Support
Brief check-ins via email or voice note (5–10 minutes) are welcome for updates, quick questions, or sharing wins. This support is included to help with integration—not to replace full sessions.

Payments and Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable once services begin.
  • You may cancel within three (3) business days of purchase if no services or materials have been delivered.
  • For payment plans, all scheduled payments are binding. Failed payments may result in paused sessions, loss of bonuses, or the full remaining balance being due.
  • Clients are responsible for any payment platform fees incurred from failed or declined charges.

Pausing or Ending Coaching
If you need to pause or end coaching at the close of a program cycle, please notify me in writing at jenn@jenniferlconner.com.
Unused sessions, no-shows, or early exits are not eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, tools, and frameworks are owned by The You Factor, LLC and may not be shared, copied, or repurposed without written consent.

Alignment
If either of us feels the coaching relationship is no longer aligned, we’ll open a conversation to address and adjust as needed. Coaching works best when it’s rooted in clarity and mutual respect.

By booking or enrolling in any Luxe Reinvention coaching experience, you agree to these terms.
